Shipping Containers for Companies in JAFZA

JAFZA is a large free zone next to Jebel Ali Port, with warehouses, light-industrial units, logistics parks and offices (including the Jafza View towers), split into North and South zones.

• Warehouse tenants who've run out of racking space and need a lockable box in the yard for slow-moving stock, packaging or spare parts.
• Re-export traders who load containers at their own warehouse instead of paying for line equipment.
• Companies fitting out a new unit that need a temporary store or site office for a few months. Renting often makes more sense than buying here.

JAFZA is same-day delivery. What actually holds a delivery up is the free-zone gate pass, not the container: send the company name, plot number and a contact at the gate with the order. Delivery is quoted on request.

• Send your company name, plot or warehouse number and a contact at the gate. The free zone controls truck entry, so the tenant usually has to request access.
• If the container goes inside a fenced yard, check the gate width and any overhead cables. A 40ft unit on a tilt-bed needs a long, straight approach.
• We can put a container on the ground, on sleepers or on blocks. Blocks keep the floor dry and the doors easy to open, which matters on yards that flood in winter rain.

• 20ft container: Fits in most warehouse yards beside the loading bays.
• 40ft High Cube (40HC / 40HQ): If you'll load export cargo yourself: maximum cube per freight booking.
• Container rental in Dubai: Fit-outs and seasonal overflow where you only need it for months.
